1. What toys does Birgeelektronik sell? Birgeelektronik offers safe, fun, and educational toys for babies, toddlers, and young children – including wooden blocks & puzzles, plush stuffed animals, sensory toys, building sets, pretend play items, stacking toys, and more. Everything is chosen to spark imagination, support development, and create joyful moments!
2. Where do you ship? We ship to all 50 states in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico (where available). Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
3. What are your shipping options and delivery times? We offer three simple shipping methods (times are business days, excluding weekends & holidays):
- Express Shipping (3–6 business days): $20
- Free Standard Shipping (7–14 business days): $0 (available on qualifying orders – threshold shown clearly at checkout)
- Standard Shipping (7–14 business days): $10
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is shipped.
4. Do you offer free shipping? Yes! Free Standard Shipping (7–14 business days) is available on many orders (or all orders above a small minimum amount – it will show transparently during checkout).
5. What is your return policy? We want every family to be thrilled! Enjoy 30-day returns on unused items in original condition with tags and packaging. Most returns come with a prepaid label. If the item arrives damaged or incorrect, we cover return shipping and make it right with a refund or replacement.
